Terms of service

These terms govern the use of PantallApp (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these conditions.

1. The Service

PantallApp lets you create digital signage screens (video, images and menus with prices), manage them from a web dashboard and display them on TVs or connected screens.

2. Your account

• You must provide truthful information and keep your password or Google account secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens from your account and for the users you invite to it.
• You must be over 18 and have the authority to contract on behalf of your business.

3. Free trial, plans and payments

• When you sign up you get a 7-day free trial, with no payment details required.
• Plans, their prices, the number of screens per branch, storage and included users are listed in the pricing section. Extra branches and extra users have a separate cost.
• Prices may change; changes apply from the next billing period and we will tell you beforehand.
• When the trial ends, you need to subscribe to a plan to keep using the Service. If you do not, your account is suspended and your content is kept for a limited time before it is deleted.

4. Your content

You own the images, videos and texts you upload. You authorize us to store and display them solely to provide the Service. You declare that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, photographs, music, etc.) or the law. We may remove unlawful content or content that puts the Service at risk.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: try to access other customers’ accounts or data; overload or attack the Service; upload viruses or unlawful content; or use automated means to create accounts in bulk or bypass plan limits.

6. Availability

We make a reasonable effort to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or failures of the internet or of third parties. Screens keep a local copy of the content so they can keep showing it if the connection drops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Suspension and cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the security of the Service at risk, notifying you where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from interruptions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event. This does not limit any rights that the law gives you as a consumer where they apply.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if the change is important we will let you know. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Chile.
